• Each design submission is limited to two revisions per design.
  • We will provide a proof of your design before moving forward with production. You're allowed to request two revisions after the first proof is sent to you.

Customer Artwork Authorization & Rights Agreement

By submitting any artwork, logo, photograph, image, graphic, text, trademark, design, or other content (“Submitted Artwork”) to Beson Enterprises, LLC DBA Beson Fishing (“Beson Fishing”) for use on a customized or personalized product, the customer agrees to the following:

1. Ownership and Authorization

The customer represents and warrants that they:

• Own all necessary rights, title, and interest in the Submitted Artwork; or

• Have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, consents, or other authorization required to reproduce and use the Submitted Artwork on the requested product.

The customer agrees not to submit any artwork, logo, image, trademark, copyrighted material, or other content that they do not have the legal right or authorization to use.

2. Authorization to Reproduce Artwork

The customer grants Beson Fishing a limited, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, resize, crop, format, convert, modify, print, engrave, manufacture, or otherwise process the Submitted Artwork solely as reasonably necessary to produce and fulfill the customer's customized product order.

The customer retains all ownership rights they may have in the Submitted Artwork. Submission of artwork does not transfer ownership of the artwork to Beson Fishing.

3. Third-Party Intellectual Property Rights

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the Submitted Artwork does not infringe or violate any third party's copyright, trademark, patent, right of publicity, right of privacy, or other intellectual property or proprietary right.

Beson Fishing is not responsible for determining or verifying ownership of, or rights associated with, Submitted Artwork.

4. Indemnification

The customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Beson Enterprises, LLC, Beson Fishing, and their respective owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any third-party claims, demands, damages, liabilities, losses, judgments, costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising out of or relating to the Submitted Artwork, including any claim that the Submitted Artwork infringes or violates a third party's intellectual property or other legal rights.

5. Right to Refuse Artwork

Beson Fishing reserves the right, but assumes no obligation, to reject or refuse any Submitted Artwork that it reasonably believes may infringe third-party rights, violate applicable law, or otherwise be inappropriate for production.

Acceptance or production of Submitted Artwork by Beson Fishing does not constitute a determination or representation that the customer has the legal right to use that artwork.

6. Custom Product Acknowledgment

The customer understands that customized products are manufactured specifically using the Submitted Artwork and may not be eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund once production has begun, except as otherwise required by applicable law or provided under Beson Fishing's applicable warranty or return policy.

7. Customer Certification

By submitting the artwork and placing the order, the customer certifies that they have read and agree to this Customer Artwork Authorization & Rights Agreement and that the information and representations provided above are accurate.
